The Eric Gregory Awards
The Eric Gregory Awards, for a collection by poets under the age of 30, were founded in 1960 by the late Dr Eric Gregory for the encouragement of young poets.
- Awards are given annually, with prize money totalling up to £24,000
- The annual deadline for entries is 31 October.

The 2012 Awards
Sophie Baker, Joey Connolly, Holly Corfield Carr, Caleb Klaces, Rachael Nicholas, Phoebe Power and Jon Stone each received £3,000.
Judges: Moniza Alvi, Polly Clark, John Greening, Sophie Hannah, Adam O’Riordan, Carol Rumens.

Niall Campbell, Tom Chivers, Holly Hopkins, Martin Jackson and Kim Moore each received £4,200.
