Tax Talk for Authors

Barry Kernon and Andrew Subramaniam are senior accountants in HW Fisher & Company’s Authors & Journalists Team. During this talk they will cover income tax (expenses, claims, how to save tax, etc), record keeping, VAT, taxation of copyrights, manuscripts and various other tax and accounting related matters.
The talk will be held on Thursday 6 December, 3pm - 5pm. Members are asked to arrive 30 minutes beforehand in order to register.
The nearest underground stations are Warren Street and Euston Square (view on map here). Space limits us to 35 members per session. Places will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. These talks are for members only.

The cost of attending is £10 for members, including VAT. To reserve a place, please email Neha Matkar. Payment can be made by sending a cheque (payable to the Society of Authors) to 84 Drayton Gardens, London SW10 9SB, ensuring that the event ID 412 is written on the reverse. Alternatively you can telephone our office on 0207 373 6642 to pay by debit or credit card.
All bookings will be confirmed in writing once payment has been received.
