What happens if I forget my password?

Your password, by default, is your postcode (or email address if you live abroad) and whenever you change your address, you will also need to change your log-in password unless you wish to continue to use your old postcode (or email address).

You can request a password reminder on the member log-in page.

Your password will be emailed to the email address we have on file for you. If you do not receive this email please contact the office for further assistance.
