Authors North
On joining the Society, all members living in the North of England automatically become members of Authors North and will receive Authors North mailings.
The group organises a day-long event each spring and autumn for all members living in the North of England. Both of these meetings feature guest speakers from the world of publishing on topics of current interest to all writers.
The third event takes the form of a summer social, where members and their guests can meet informally in a convivial atmosphere to swap stories, make contacts and generally enjoy themselves in pleasant company.
Reports of meetings and items of interest will be posted on this page.
Authors North is run by an elected committee and a professional secretary from the Society. The committee welcomes feedback from members on any relevant issues and sees that information is passed on to other members of the Group. The committee also welcomes members’ comments and feedback about Authors North events, or suggestions of topics for future meetings.
If you have any queries please contact the Group’s secretary in London, Anna Ganley
